To request a Resale Certificate, complete and submit or mail this form with the required payment, in accordance with Va. Code 55.1-2310:

Additional fees may apply for other requests, including but limited to, expedited delivery, multiple distribution destinations, etc.
Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a request, PPPOA will deliver a Resale Certificate.  

I understand the payment of the required fees must be received in advance of the Resale Certificate being provided.
