Pleasant Pointe is a residential community of 42 properties located in Heathsville, the county seat of Northumberland County, Virginia. Pleasant Pointe, established in 1989, is located on Hull Creek and Bridgeman’s Creek, tributaries to the Potomac River near its discharge point into the Chesapeake Bay.
