Pleasant Pointe is a residential community of 42 lots with 21 homes in Heathsville, the county seat of Northumberland County, Virginia. Established in 1989, it is located between Hull Creek and Bridgeman’s Creek, tributaries to the Potomac River near its discharge point into the Chesapeake Bay. Members enjoy a community well-water system, a community pier, and a boat launch.
